Hermana is creator-founded and women-led.

After years of working on the brand side hiring influencers, Kayley Reed became a full-time content creator in 2020 with the rise of Tiktok. She launched brand accounts for clients like Some Good News (John Krasinski’s feel-good media company), and Calm, reaching over 125 million organic views in less than a year.

After recognizing the advocacy need for female creators to get paid their worth, she pivoted to talent management. She built Hermana with the mindset of looking out for creators as if they were her own sister. Now, we’re a close-knit team of women, managing a diverse roster of the top 4% of influencers.
